Practically: dinner options in every price bracket within 300 meters, a shopping mall for the things you forgot to pack, and enough nightlife nearby that you never need a taxi after dark unless you want one.
Guest friendly: the reason it made the list
Same drill as the La Paix review — the question that decides everything in Saigon is what happens when you invite a guest back to your room.
